I was very impressed with this clinic. It was well staffed, all the staff was very friendly and professional and the doctor, technicians were very thorough. I walked away confident in their evaluation and a very satisfied client. Unfortunately I’m just in the area for a month, so unlikely to be a return client. But just very impressed all around. Also as a walk in I was able to wait in the comfort of my car, they called my cell to collect all the info and it was only a 45 minute wait despite a full parking lot and coming at 3pm on a Tuesday.

I’ve never had a bad experience with TEC until yesterday and today. I came to get my daughter seen and the receptionist was incredibly rude. Copped an attitude that I walked out without saying goodbye. Came back the next day because it’s the closest walk-in to my house, and was greeted by another rude receptionist. You are the first POC in the clinic and I think you should learn some front desk etiquette. The MA staff is amazing but we won’t be coming back here. We will make the travels to Everett.

Due to the snow, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. I fell and hurt my hand bad enough that I had to use their walk-in. While my wait was really long (not their fault) and very painful, the DO. Heng, the medical assistant, and the X-ray technician all were wonderful. Thank you!

Well this is the second time this place has completely left a bad taste in my mouth and has shown their incompetence for the staff and patients. Took my daughter in about 2 months ago for a bump on my daughters elbow(they didnt even put the surgery notes into their databanksfor the surgery),came back for the appointment (11-9-2021)and was told that she needed to go somewhere else for this teeny tiny procedure after the nurse said she needed my approval as it is a surgery. This was a complete waste of time mainly for .y daughter who could've been in school learning but these people are the worst clinic I have ever dealt with,this faculty needs an overhaul asap because these people are not doing their jobs correctly.
