Glen. So sweet. It took him 15 min if that lol I came back in early to look and it was done, I love they give you a year warranty as well!! I’d rather have that then a free screen protector any day 😝 10/10 recommended

To it all who may concern, if you have a phone for repair, depending on severity. If your screen is cracked, people don’t waste your time or money with these phone repairs. You can literally buy screen off the internet and tools yourself , and repair your phone for very cheap!* people don’t get scammed. They will charge you 100+ for something so easy. Scam.

There’s a pixel burn behind the screen a quick google search shows it occurs when the silver plate that covers the cords to lcd screen are out of place putting pressure on the screen. When I asked about the pixel malfunction, I was told it sometimes happens. And was told they don’t open up the phones when replacing batteries. That would be impossible because you can’t install a battery without opening up a phone. If I attempt to fix it myself then I’ll be potentially ruining the warranty. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Repair was done just when it was promised and screen functions just as original however as my daughter was using her phone the evening she picked it up the corner cracked while she was using it. If not for that I would give a 5 star rating.
