I just signed my second-year lease with Embassy. This was our first time living in an apartment and it's been a great place to live. Neighbors are friendly, Maintenace have made necessary repairs in a timely manner, and haven't had any safety concerns. We plan to be here a while.

I have lived in the Embassy Ozark Apartments through Wooten Co. for three years and just re-signed my lease for another year. The property manager is great and very responsive to any questions I’ve had. The property is very well maintained- mowing, trash clean up etc. The free internet provided to all residents is AMAZING! I couldn’t ask for a better location with easy access to Highway 65. Sometimes parking can be an issue if you get home later in the evening, but I’m sure that’s the case at any apartment complex.

My husband and I have lived at Embassy Apartments in Ozark for one year now, and we LOVE it. We were initially attracted to the apartments because of how affordable they are, their updated floors, appliances, and overall look, but have chosen to continue to live here because of the atmosphere. Guidelines are in place and enforced to maintain a quiet and clean space for us to live in, which I value greatly. In comparison to past properties we have lived on before, Embassy is by far our favorite because of how quickly maintenance comes to take care of any issues, how clean the grounds are, and how quiet and respectful all other residents are. We have made Embassy our home over the past year and truly enjoy all the amenities it offers!

My wife and I love living here. Easy highway access, yet not too chaotic. Pet friendly and people friendly. Staff are great at assisting with any issues and neighbors are friendly and quiet.
