Only stayed the one night. Got to the hotel about 1 am after traveling but so we where all tired. Get the room key and im having issues with it probably user error not sure. Finally get to work so of course I’m like oh good. Go to open the door and im greeted by 2 growling dogs and a screaming lady. The rooms occupied! Talk about give me a heart attack! So have to get my boyfriend to go talk to the front desk yet again. Get a new room. This one’s empty thank goodness! Once we where all settled did notice rooms where clean but there was a funny smell. Not sure how to describe it but funky. However beds are comfortable ac works great. And the shower was warm.

Negative: It was very dirty. The room I had reserved was very dirty, floor had water all over the carpet, mold in the bathroom and a dirty sink. They gave me another room. It was dirty too just not as bad. Room smelled like mildew and I got bit by some sort of bug

First off I understand it's a super 8 and not a Hampton. With that being said, the place is "non smoking" but the whole place smells like an ash tray. There is no microwave in the room. The bathroom is so crowded that you make 2 steps your out of the bathroom. Highly wouldn't recommend.

Tonight we booked a room for 3 young ladies that were traveling and took a wrong turn landing them in the Springfield area. From KC we spoke with the attendant and explained the situation, including that these young ladies were over 21 and able to provide a card for deposit. We paid for their room and recieved a confirmation. Upon arrival the front desk attendant, who had just come on shift, turned them away. With the girls in the lobby we were able to talk to the new attendant (Edward), who rudely told us he had cancelled the reservation. As we tried to understand the issue he told us to get our money back from the online service and that he would not allow the girls to say, then handed the phone back to the girls and left the room. These were young girls returning from a college volleyball tournament in Columbia. Edward was as rude as a person can be and turned the girls away to drive on into the night, even thought the room was already purchased, confirmed via email, and the oldest girl was 22 yrs old with a card in hand for the nightly deposit. Horrible service, manners, and all around disresepct. Stay away from Super 8, especially this one!!! Never again.
