Had an issue with my pizza where I picked it up got home and it was wrong called manager fixed the problem and got my new pizza delivered quickly and it was a larger pizza hot as could be

We’re new to oak grove and using this location. We’re use to the blue springs location- which is terrible. We ordered our food and got it delivered. Before I could tell my husband something was missing the guy was gone. I called the store to tell them. Not only did they redeliver it, it was also hot so I’m assuming they remade it. When the guy came to the door he was very apologetic and seemed very considerate. Even though something was missed it was one of the best experiences we have had with Pizza Hut.

I can see from many reviews that I am in the same boat as they are. The pizza at this store has reached a all time low. Worst pizza I've ever eaten. Half my pizza didn't even have cheese on it and it was only a 1 topping pizza. Every time we order they only add a few pinches of toppings. I don't see a option to order just a crust pizza but that's all we ever get.

Not at all gud experience. This is how they make veggie pasta.. Not at all good service by their head lady. Don't even know how to take care of their old customers. M going pizza hut from last 10 years. But at this place m having worst experience. Not gud food. Liar...
