I have bought and sold at many pawn shops between Jefferson City & Columbia and this particular store has proven to be the most honest & friendly store I have ever been to! I have been low balled by the others but never this store! And the employees are always friendly and speak to everyone in a decent way no matter who they are or what they may look like, you will be hard pressed to find a more genuine staff anywhere!

I haven’t even had a chance to go in side the store to look around but I called and the representative named Dre/Drew, went out of his way to price and list some of the items I’m looking for and provided excellent customer service over the phone. I have never before used a pawn shop but bc of the pandemic and temporary loss of work I found myself needing to fund a trip to a son's destination wedding. I have a very rare expensive guitar that belonged to my dad that I hated to do, but used to pawn to pay for the trip. Denver was the guy we were told we needed to talk to. From the very 1st interaction he was extremely positive, enthusiastic, and supportive. Any doubt or hesitancy I had about the process he immediately alleviated. He wrapped the guitar case in cellophane and said he'd be putting it in his office where there's better air control and promised he would care for it like it was his own, and promised it would not be touched. The loan process was easy and quick. I got the amount I was wanting to borrow. Paid it back within a couple months but had been reassured if there was a problem getting him paid back he would work with me in what ever manner he could as long as I kept in contact and tried to make the monthly payments. We went to pay the loan off and pick up the guitar and got an added bonus asking him to play a couple songs for us. Excellent musician. It was a gift to actually hear it being played again. Motivated my teenage daughter, a musician, to pick it up and start teaching herself. OVERALL...my experience went far above and beyond anything I might have imagined. I would never hesitate, if needed, to return to their shop for the pawn service. Also found several items in the shop we'll be back to purchase one day, having a nice selection of items for sale.

The place is a pawn shop...so you aren't gonna get top dollar for selling your things. B8tnif your in a pinch and need to sell or pawn something to get money in a hurry they are the best option in town of you ask me. Both locations have nice guys and fast service and when you get your items out of pawn they are always in the same condition as when you left it there. Good business. And if you're shopping you can get some decent deals on jewelery and other things here.
