Frustrated, I purchased a camper from Wilder 2020. Spring 2022 found water damage on the inside of the slide. Contacted the mobile guy from Wilder to come out and look at it. He didn't even look at the inside claimed it was a lack of caulk on the outside seal, (fixed). Not under warranty due to routine maintenance (on a less than two year old camper). Few weeks pass more inside damage, still leaking, took photos of inside sent to Wilder. Contacted back asked them to come out and look at inside, finally determined it is the outside seal for the slide needs replaced, which is covered under manufactures warranty. THE TECH NEVER CALLED ME TO TEL ME ANYTHING I HAD TO CALL IN AN ASK FOR A STATUS FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS. Dropped it off June 25th, 2022. Called to check a few weeks later said it was next in line to get seal replaced. Asked about interior damage clams they new nothing about interior damage. Said they would have to take photos and send to manufacture, (said I had already sent them photos). Called back in July 27th said they had gotten everything approved, but had some other jobs in front of mine. Claims would be done by first weekend August. Called today 08-04-22 about picking it up. Claims they were only allowed $500 from manufacture and needed to get more approved before they could finish. I will not have any work done on any camper I have or buy in the future from this business. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a camper from these guys or buying their warranty.

Great purchase experience from Wilder RV! We found Wilder on RVTrader while internet shopping for our new fifth wheel and they had exactly what we wanted at a great price, so we called and spoke with Matthew. He promptly answered all of our questions by phone or text, well into the evening. He gave us a trade-in value for our existing trailer based on the VIN and photos that we texted to him. We wanted to replace the standard pin box with a Reese Goose Box before picking up the trailer, so he helped us with that, as well. We then exchanged preliminary paperwork over email, put a deposit on our credit card, and scheduled a date for the trade, all without leaving our home in Minnesota! Three weeks later, after the snow stopped flying, we made our way from Minnesota to Missouri to complete the transaction and we were so happy that we decided to purchase from Wilder! They had our new fifth wheel all set up and ready to go, PLUS they have a few spots in their lot with 50 or 30 amp electric and water, so we could stay the first night in our new fifth wheel to make sure that everything worked as expected. They also have a dump station inside their fence. Every time we had a question, Matthew, Preston, Clinton, Rob, Chris, Trevor, or someone else from the Wilder RV team was right there to help us out. GREAT customer service and a GREAT experience! Well worth the drive!

Extremely friendly. They have a huge selection of new & used RV's. We bought a beautiful used 5th wheel. Ben drove us around and showed us many models, he was not pushy or rude just genuinely interested in finding what we wanted. Great experience!!!

I'm am not sure. I would say you can buy just about anything from them. They fix alot of stuff on campers.
