Got a cappuccino cake for my birthday for the first time and it was terrible. Would never go back there again. The cake was old and not spongy. I wont recommend this place.

Bad management in regards to the baking of a favorite bread called BARBARI. There is always a long unnecessary waiting time for this type of bread.

There quality has gone down. Horrible customer service. They talk to you with attitude and one of the ladies squished some cakes I got into a small box and when I politely asked her if she could get a bigger box she tossed them onto the counter and did It rudely. This is not the first time this happens. Horrible!
