My whole experience with PODS was surprisingly great! Moving across country is very stressful and it was nice to not have to stress over my belongings. PODS made me feel very comfortable sending all my stuff out of my hands. The service was actually less than I expected too which was nice. Every one I spoke with was very professional. I would 100% recommend PODS to anyone and would use the service again myself.

Used Pods for the first time moving from California to Texas. Only had one fumble along the way. They where unable to deliver my last pod when I requested it. They did try but where unable to make it happen. I was only out at my new home for a few days and they could not make the window I gave them. Our pods came just the way we sent them all our belonging where intact and not thrown all around the pod. They traveled over 1350 miles, that has to say something. We don't have any plans on moving any time soon but if we do Pods will be the company we will use again.

We were first time PODS users and skeptical of how they would get the 16ft POD up our narrow and sloped driveway. Our driver Jimmy Z was incredible! Not only was able to get it exactly where we wanted it, but also walked us through step by step how to use it. He really took the time to go over all the do’s and dont’s- including how to properly tie our stuff down, and the importance of weight distribution. We are so satisfied with his service!!! Thank you PODS and thank you Jimmy Z for being awesome at what you do, and just a good person in general! PODS and Jimmy took one less worry and stress out of moving!

Jimmy Z delivered pod. Called me to let me know he was on his way. Gave me time he would arrive and he was on time. Very friendly, professional, and has a wonderful personality. A few neighbors enjoyed watching the pod be removed from the truck to the driveway. Jimmy showed me how to use door and lock, and gave instructions to use tie downs inside pod. Thank you Jimmy.
