I’ve had braces here. It took way longer than I thought. They said 2 years but it turned out to be 5 but, it was worth it once my braces was taken off. Dr.Dan is great and honest when it comes to your teeth. You just need to make sure the other staff is check and tightening your braces correctly and always update him on your braces, like if they broke or if you don’t feel any tightness.

This was my first time here and the service was great. RDA Shanel took my X-rays and was very professional and friendly. RDA Sandy made some moldings of my teeth for dental trays that are going to be part of my treatment and did a great job. Dr. Patel and Dental Hygienist Nancy did a great job in explaining my condition and treatment, and Patient Care Coordinator Michelle was great at explaining what my insurance covered, did not cover, and payment options. All in all this visit was great. All staff were friendly , very professional, and made my visit very pleasant. Thank you Western Dental Chino!

The office was great and Michelle explained to me the dental financials regarding my procedures needed. She was very patient because I kept changing my options that Dr. Le recommended to me. Dr.Le was very professional and took care of my dental needs. Very satisfied with the services the staff provided.
