Reserved truck and canceled in 2 hours, They charged me 75$ and didn’t return it. Michael who is on the phone was rude and charged 75$ for no reason

One week later and still waiting for my deposit back. When I called the sales rep just puts you on hold. What a disgrace

This location is just terrible. I wanted to switch cars because I made two reservations in a row. He didn’t let me. Until I spotted the one sitting in the parking lot, he said it just came in and had me swtich. And They tried to charge extra.

Wow what can I say... the team at this location saved me big time. I went out and reserved a truck which I incorrectly made the wrong calculations upon what I would need. When I got there, I was educated that my needs required a much bigger truck to move all my items. They were very patient and quick to allocate a truck suitable for my needs. They really looked out for me and all staff members from entering the location till the end of my rental, were extremely helpful. I cannot thank each and everyone of them enough. To Raul, Angel and Stefani, you guys rock. I look forward to using your services and recommending my circle to you guys. You went above and beyond to assist. If you are looking at using their services, I fully recommend them. They have various size trucks for moving needs and a great selection on car rentals as well.
