So there are a couple of things I would love to say about Jellystone. They are of course all good things. Day -2 we had to call to adjust our reservation and they adjusted for us since we had something come up. Night one we were on the way and the front desk called to make sure that we were on our way. I like that very much. The person behind the counter gave us wonderful directions to our cottage. The cottage was super clean. Day two in the morning we woke up yogi and who ever was in the suit was super friendly.Aafter Six Flags we came back to have the children play in the pool and mini golf. The course was out of the sun which I appreciate. Day three just the same as the first two days. The only complaint I have is the lack of towels in the cottage. Was it worth the money? Yeah, I remember when it was cheaper to stay there when I was super young but the park is nicer overall now. And so is the pool, playground, and mini golf.

The staff at this place is amazing, this was just as I remembered as a kid, of course a few things changed but its good for a "camping" kind of experience when you use a cottage with a 5 year old. There a little small but hey if you had a tent it would be smaller and would have no a/c. So the kid got to be in nature without complaining to me or his parents about being hot and wanting to go home for 3 days. That makes the trip all the better and he enjoyed the activities that they had for him to do. Keep up the great work to everyone there and thanks for the great experience!

One stay here and you will be hooked. What an amazing place. There is a great pool and amazing staff. They have just enough activities planned through the day to keep you busy but not overwhelm you. You can stay in a tent or RV. There camping cabins and cottages are amazing if your not a tent person. Then you get to wake up yogi bear for the morning and evening and take a ride on the yogi Express train. They have mini golf a ace for sand volleyball and a playground for the kids ☺️ you will not regret going and will be ready to plan your 2nd trip before leaving your 1st. Our favorite thing to do is candy bar bingo and seeing the friendly staff who remember us each trip.

I went into this trip not really expecting to have peace and quiet. It is Jellystone park and centered around kids after all, so I was prepared for that. However, if your bringing a camper be prepared for incredibly tight campsites. The staff was very helpful in parking our camper, but there is very little room between campers. The fire ring provided was about a 15 inch ring. I got about 3 logs in it. I assume this is done to prevent people from building large fires, but I think it could be a little larger. The fire ring was also right next to our camper. So close that we had to watch and make sure we didn't step into it when we came out of our camper. Again you don't go here for peace and quiet, go somewhere else if that's what you're looking for. The train starts at 9:00am with the horn blowing. Highway 44 is close, so you hear the noise from that. I heard very loud leaf blowers at 6:00am. However if you're taking the kids it is a fun place with lots of daily activities, staff was great, and the place was clean.

If you stay in anything other than the air-conditioned tents, yes. They need to be leashed when out and about, and then in a kennel inside the cabin/cottage when unattended.
