I come very often to this store to buy wines and beers. I have always had an excellent service but this Sunday I was at the store with my wife, it was a beautiful sunny day, we were shopping wines and beers, spent 40 min choosing wines, picked 6 wines and a pack of beer. The attendant asked for ID, I had mine but my wife, that is 40 years old, was not carrying her, because it was a very hot day and she was wearing a light dress and did not want to carry things. The attendant did not want to sell the items because of my wife was not with her ID. I thought it very disrespectful, specially because she did not give any option or chance for us to thing in a solution. I will NEVER come to this store again, after this terrible experience. I go to Schnucks at De Peres and they even do not ask for my ID. It is terrible to not show trustful in customers and not been able to trying to help finding a solution.

Excellent selection of wine and spirits. Well above average customer service. Very knowledgeable. We were looking for a particular cider that was not on hand and the floor/sales person offered to have it brought in from another of their stores for pickup the next day. They called the other store to check availability and offered to call us when it arrives.
