I underwent a rhinoplasty at Nayak plastic surgery in June of 2021. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. From the jump, Dr. Nayak made me feel safe and comfortable. I was especially pleased with the extra steps he took to ensure that the surgery went as smooth as possible - he and his team outline in detail the medications and substances that you cannot take several months before surgery. I have had other friends undergo plastic surgery as well and their surgeons did not give the same safety guidelines, and they experienced significantly more bruising and swelling. Before the surgery, I was very nervous. It was my first ever surgery so I (embarrassingly) cried a bit in the operating room. His staff held my hands and brushed through my hair to calm me down, and I knew that I was in good hands as I drifted off. They checked in on me several times after surgery as well, and by 7 days post-op I had almost no bruising left. I would like to get a few more surgeries in the future, and from now on Dr. Nayak is the only surgeon I would trust to operate on my face. Couldn’t recommend more !

Botox with our Group A injectors (Elizabeth, Kim, Shannon, Julie, Ashley, and Jenny), is $12.75 per unit, and with our Group B injectors (Racquel and Jennifer), is $15.00 per unit. The average patient uses between $300-$700 worth of Botox, depending on how many facial areas are treated and the related dosage. We are fortunate to have an incredible team of 8 highly skilled nurse injectors and Dr. Nayak has the utmost confidence in them. Each nurse injector, whether previously-experienced or not, spends several weeks training at Dr. Nayak's side upon joining our practice, and injects using his specific training and techniques. They actually perform all of our staff injections and treatments, including Dr. Nayak's. We would be happy to book an appointment for you!
As long as the patient is physically and emotionally mature a rhinoplasty can be performed. At our office the average age for women is around 15 or 16 and for men it is around 16-17.

Hi Molly! Dr. Nayak is an expert in rhinoplasty. What makes him an expert, is that of the plastic surgeons who perform rhinoplasty, you can expect them to perform about 15-18 per year. Dr. Nayak performs about 110-120 rhinoplasty procedures per year. As long as you are in overall good health, the rhinoplasty procedure would be performed here, in our accredited, in-office surgical suite with IV sedation (much like what's used for a colonoscopy or wisdom teeth removal). For the procedure, you could expect the cost range to fall between $11,000-$14,000, depending on the complexity of the case. This range of cost includes all pre and post-operative appointments, as well as both the surgical and anesthesia fees. Those patients with puffy bags under the eyes, as well as loss of volume in the under eye area are good candidates for lower blepharoplasty.
