Food was delicious! Employees are not sure what to do when u pick up an order. But all in all our Christmas dinner was amazing. The only downside was ratio of gravy to mashed potatoes. Nice staff, clean orderly store. No mashed potatoes, no mixed steamed veggies [only broccoli]. Gave my phone number to cashier for the Rewards Program, but my name didn't appear on the receipt and reward points weren't allocated. Chicken is not tasty as it normally has been in the past years. Franchises are normally following mask and distancing rules. I am not sure about that.
Masks are required on everyone, there is no In Person seating (carryout or drive-thru only) and they seem vigilant in doing extra cleaning. I felt safe when picking up my online order.
