They state “walk ins” but then when you go to the site, they say you need an appointment to get tested because they’re “out of tests.” The only directions they list online is to go to a certain site. Which only pertains to locations, and hours. There’s nowhere on the site that states an appointment. And like everything else corona related, nobody can give a straight answer. If you must test, seek another agency.

I came yesterday with 2 of my coworkers. They got there results in about 10 mins. Lady told me it was going to be 10-15 mins. An hour passed and still nothing, I called and they told me I would get my results by that day at night. It’s the following day and nothing. Called 20 times, they told me it would be ready in an hour about 6 hours ago and still nothing. Called again and they hung up the phone on me. Worst place ever

I paid roughly $180 for an appointment to today at 5:30 PM. They sent an email confirming the the location, time, day and charging my credit card. About 12 PM, they emailed me canceling and I tried reaching to there by their number, but their inbox message was too full for me to leave a message for them. This is a scam because I want my money back. This "company" is mainly based in Nevada. So, I don't know if they cut their time span of being at the mills by half or something. Since they're suppose to be from some time in November to March of 2021. But still highly upset about this. UPDATE: I decided go visit this location to see why they cancelled since the email they sent never mentioned why they did. I saw 2 people in this mini booth with a line of over 10 people, everyone was social distancing. Apparently, they only deny walk-ins and cancel all appointments when they run all out of tests. She told me the options were to either go into line tomorrow and pay right there or reschedule and pay again for it. I was able to talk the man in front of the line for the site. He had been standing in line for 3 hours. They close at 7 PM expect Sundays, they close at 6 PM. Refunds should take about 3-4 days. I'm thankful for the information the employee had gave me, but I just wished they sent this information on the email.

They have 3 different tests, which one is a different price. The antibodies raid blood test is $59, the raid antigen nasal swab is $99, the PCR nasal swab is $179. The difference between the raid antigen one and PCR is that the PCR is required for traveling international. And the blood test only detect if any covid antibodies are in your system, not clarifying if you're positive or negative.

It says no appointment required and when you call they tell you to go on the website that never takes you anywhere? How do you get an appointment?

UPDATE: I don't recommend making a appointment, do a walk-in instead and make sure you carry your ID, credit or debit card. But the only problem is you would have to go wait early in the morning if you want to be the first person in and out and not wait in line for over 2 hours. There are 3 different tests each cost a different price. The most expensive test (nasal swap) being roughly $180 . The cheapest (blood?) being $55 but only informs you of any antigens in your body.

How fast can we get results? can we get in today? where in the Ontario Mills?
