This is my 2nd Big Whiskey location to visit within my traveling states. So glad I did. This location is big and the staff is all friendly and ready to chat or just to answer a quick question. The staff member we had during our visit was great to chat with and fun to have around. She made sure our drinks were full and fulfilled each of our extra requests for those little things like honey mustard to go, and extra ranch while dining in. The food was great. In particular, my 13 yr old niece with her refined palate of picky eating said this about her brunch melt chicken sandwich that she ordered “Tell them this sandwich is like heaven in your mouth”. So kudos to the kitchen staff as well in getting what she ordered correct to such a level of amazement. My only con for this visit was in the daquiri that I ordered, which was mostly ice once the drink was gone. The taste was there, but it was difficult to drink with all of the ice chips blocking the straw. Otherwise this location is great in the lobby area of the Hilton hotel at Branson Landing and we will for sure be back for another visit when around the Branson Landing area again.

Other than the wait, everything was fantastic. Food was great. Drinks are great. Our server, Alex, i think was his name, was absolutely outstanding. So energetic and happy to serve us. Anytime he needed to step away for an extended period, he actually let us know, which he totally didnt have to do, but he did out of respect and i absolutely appreciate those little things. He came back and gave us updates on our appetizer and food to let us know it was being prepared. Great sense of humor as well and absolutely fantastic to talk to. 10/10 customer service, that guy. I would come back just because of him alone

Went here for a late lunch Saturday. There was a wait but it was only about 5 minutes. We had Sherry taking care of us. Lucky for us she is the manager so we got top-notch service. The food was good, the drinks were great, the prices are unbeatable and BONUS! we got to watch the game on the big screen while we ate! You can't beat that! The menu had such a wide variety on it that everyone found something they like. There were 5 of us so it's a little difficult to please that many people in one place at one time but the menu is chocked full of variety! We ordered a Ruben sandwich with seasoned fries, shrimp tacos, chicken, a full rack of bbq ribs and chicken tenders. The portions are huge. A few of us had to take leftovers home because it was too much to finish. The service was amazing, food was good, prices are unbeatable and the atmosphere was super family friendly. We will be back for sure!

We waited an hour and a half for a table. My daughter and I both ordered a medium rare sirloin. Hers was fine mine was well cooked. My daughters best friend ordered loaded fries. They were all greasy fries that have been covered with cheese and some bacon and put in the microwave to heat up you can tell as the cheese was burnt to the plate. Ordered a spinach queso dip that was practically frozen you put your chip in it and nothing stuck to your chip. They probably came back through it in the microwave and it was still cold. I would not recommend this Restaurant if you prefer your food cooked correctly the first time, And you are not wanting to wait an hour and a half for a table. The steak on the right was the first one I brought out which was over cooked well. After my whole family had finished eating what they could have their meals for steak on the left where’s my medium rare. The broccoli was stone cold. As you can tell no one finish their plates.
