Actually they made me the wrong pizza but they made it right by remaking my pizza and giving me credit towards my next purchase . The second pizza was just as I order and was delicious as I'm sure the first one would had been as well

We were traveling through on our way back home and decided to stop for some personal pan pizzas and be out of the car for a moment. 1. I've worked with Pizza Hut since I was sixteen all the way to 2013. I was even an RGM to one in Chicago area when it went from YUM to a Franchise. And when I say the dough was slightly pale, it means they either didnt spray it correctly or it was showing its age. It did not taste sour so it probably wasnt sprayed right. The cook pressed too hard on the sauce as it was showing on edge of crust and cheese was not hand placed as it was not going all the way to the edge. 2. The manager on duty should not devalue an obviously new employee in front of customers. He was tall, thin and wore glasses that apparently didnt work because every time he put them on he got closer to the screen. The young lady seemed unconfident in her ability to be a server which is never their fault, but the fault of the trainer. Telling her that she should "obviously just know" something or "you should just read it" when someone is asking about a national sale item like the $10 pizza and then "mansplain" to her that they are a "franchise" and not "corporate" so they dont honor that sale, IS NOT professional or leadership material. Especially when it doesn't matter if you're corporate or franchise. You still have the ability to honor the price in your system. If you dont have the patience to train properly, perhaps the manager on duty needs to find employment else where. 3. No open sign was on, no interior dining lights were on. The place looked shut down from the outside. Had I not tried the door and found it open, we wouldn't have gone. Seemed only locals ordering online showed up at drive thru. The phone only rang twice while I was there. So either locals know not to call, or they know that the $10 pizza is honored online. That store needs ownership and leadership from the RGM. NOT management.

Walked in, was rudely greeted, “seat yourselves, I’ll be with you when I can”. We were on a long road trip, drove for 6 hours and decided on pizza. Sat down, heard nothing but complaining by server before she even came over. So we got up and left. No thanks.
