I wait about 15 minutes and ordered DOUBLE CHICKEN, NO RICE tostada salad, and I got something that doesn't have a piece of chicken and a ton of rice, its not funny! it's disrespectful!

Some of the staff there are very nice especially the younger ladies and the younger men! But the older ones seems to be unfair, partial and very prejudice! I think that people that are not indigenous or domestic to them they pay too much attention to ! Like you're an alien ! I say that because I've seen so many other people told nothing for certain acts but me that's a regular customer I've been monitored for such a pitiful thing. I guess I'll seek out another place to eat ! Anyways in GOD we trust and GOD bless🙏🙏🙏

I live right down the street, and my family LOVES El Pollo Loco, so I have picked up dinner in the drive-thru a couple times around 8pm. Tonight, I got the Classic Tostada, was not given any dressing for it, a large chicken tortilla soup, which was barely warm, and a large side of broccoli, which was surprisingly hot. My food has never been warm except the side of broccoli. I gave my 1.5 year old some of the broccoli, which he ate, and when I went to eat the rest I noticed something on one of the broccoli...a WORM in a WEB! I was so disgusted and horrified to think my child may have eaten one! We will not be eating here again.

This is my 2nd time coming here and it's always dirty. Service is mediocre I had to Ask for a replacement on my corn tortillas because the ones they gave me we're broken and cold. I sat there for more than 30min and in that time no one came to clean up the spilled water.
