My fiancé went to get a hair cut today, we sat in line for 1 AND A HALF! They allowed everyone in front of him, then told him it would be another hour. Their manager Sabrina can’t stay on task, can’t hire good people, can’t watch her mouth at work, they lost their best hair dressers & are extremely hateful.

Friendly staff that greet you when you walk in. Didn't have to wait at all. Checked In on the app and was taken in on arrival. Had previous visits on file so they already knew what kind of haircut I wanted (but did verify it before starting). Sometimes stylists talk among themselves about random things while they are working and should be more attentive to the job at hand. Not this time though.

My 3 year old son and I just went to this location for the first time. I am a former hair stylist and worked at a Great Clips in Tennessee for 5 years. I was very impressed with all of the stylists there. They were all very kind, professional, and did a great job. I was really nervous to have someone else cut my son’s hair, but the stylist that did an awesome job and was very good with him. We will definitely be back.

As always experience is awesome 13.00 for hair cut 5.00 for beard trim and line up HOWEVER make sure you check in using the great clips app if you check in in the shop and someone who checking in using the app comes in you will get pushed down
