No they are not a dispensary, there is one open in Hot Springs, and another is to be opened soon if it's not open already. I'm not sure they will get thr dispensary, hope I'm wrong, but the one that was goin to open in Rector, has asked to move that location to the Brookland area if I'm not mistaken.
