I want to reiterate the review from SEND below. We are a transportation company hired by Eshragi to deliver to Fox Farms and to bill Fox directly. We did deliver the goods, and on-time (it’s what we do!). When we billed Fox first they said they paid the bill to Eshragi, they didn’t. Then they said they would pay us in installments, they didn’t. If you like to buy from crooks, this is your go to nursery!

We've done business with Fox Farm Nursery & Landscaping for the past four years - half under the previous ownership and half under the current ownership. Though the current owners had a few challenges when they first started (some perhaps due to a learning curve and others due to COVID) I believe they've overcome them. One of the things I like about the current owners is that they guarantee their trees. (It's tough to find ANYONE that does that any more.). This was a fairly critical selling point for us as we've planted over 50 trees and bushes in the past four years. As with any landscaping venture, there are times when not everything planted survives. We experienced minimal loss. True to his word, the current owner has replaced the items that had a problem. Any issues or concerns we had were brought to the owner's attention and addressed as soon as possible. We have also purchased enough topsoil and mulch to perhaps elevate the top of the ridge we live on. There are times when dealing with other nurseries that the owners either ignore me and talk to my husband, or treat me in a condescending fashion. That has never been the case with either the original or current owners of Fox Farm Nursery & Landscaping. He speaks directly to me and treats me as an equal. Though they (like other nurseries) may face additional challenges obtaining stock and staff at the moment, I highly recommend Fox Farm Nursery & Landscaping and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Didn't have very much there like they used to and a lot of the plants were dead. It was ok.

I have purchased items here for years and have been very satisfied. Today I went there and the man kept us waiting for an extended period of time while he milled around. When he finally came to help us he gave us a quote that seemed rather low. I repeated it several times to “yes.” I figured he was liquidating due to selling the property. When we checked out it was a much higher price but what I would expect to pay at a nursery. I ended up buying 9 bushes. We paid cash and loaded them in our vehicle. When I stepped away to return bushes we were not buying my son said he was in our car. I turn and saw him at the trunk. What I didn’t know at the time was that he’s actually entered my car, popped my trunk and removed one of the bushes. I realized this when I got home and was missing a Bush. My son said he had seen him take something out. I will never return to the nursery nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I’m sorry for any one loosing their job as a result of the nursery closing. At the same time, given his behavior today I understand why he’s going out of business.
