There is a Handicap spot.. Strictly For Veterans and the truly disabled. There is also plenty of free\paid parking within walking distance.
Yes. The shop on the wharf sells bait. They sometimes have fresh bait instead of frozen.
I think it's open all the time, but there is no public parking on the pier.
