Always great food and service! We had hot & spicy wings, steak sandwich and also Garvey burger with fries with drinks.

Solid bar food, great pizza and salad; plus the lunch specials are usually well worth the trip to south county.

Had dinner and the food was delicious, the people we dine with enjoyed also thought it was delicious. Only issue was only 1 waitress. Shortage of employees is everywhere but she did a great job with all the tables she had and one of the cooks was helping out. Later they did have extra help come in. An enjoyable evening.

How do you make your chicken soooo tender in the chicken modega?

I would assume they are tenderizing it by smashing it with a frying pan. Breaking down the connective tissue causing it to absorb fluid when cooked. It's a common approach to Italian chicken dishes.
