Very disappointing customer service. Reserved a car 5 days prior to pick-up, got a call in the am saying would not have a car available until noon and would call me. Called them at 1:30 when they didn't contact me to be told I was put on a waiting list and I should look elsewhere. Asked for a supervisor to contact me and no one called. No help, no response, no car.....

This is the best enterprise rental. Associates are top notch when it comes to customer service. I never wait more than 10 minutes. Associates are very helpful and providing me a nice and clean car when ever I rent a car.

Rented a vehicle through insurance during a repair. Had to pick up the vehicle a few days early due them having no availability on day of repair. Later found out they were charging us directly for the extra days and was never communicated that could be an issue when we schedule the time. When I called to question, they were VERY rude and somehow tried to shift blame to me. Apparently they aren’t responsible for communicating what is being charge, you the customer should know. I would avoid if possible.

Was specifically told, after emails and phone calls, that I in fact, had my final bill and everything was clear. Manager calls TWO WEEKS LATER and says, no, that girl was wrong. You're being charged another $355. Well, take that out of her pay then. Also agree with others that getting through to them via phone or even email is impossible.
