Traveling and forgot a hose for husband's machine. Thankful this store was open on a Saturday and very convenient location. Great customer service!

Wonderful store. I was visiting Los Angeles for just a few days and needed a HumidX HME for my ResMed Air Mini. This was the only store that was open on Saturday within any reasonable distance.

I don’t usually like sharing reviews online but I decided to take the time and let other CPAPer know that this store is a hidden gem in this town. Honestly, from phone service to in-store service, I definitely give them a positive review. Now I know why this store has so many great reviews. Been there and experienced it.

The respiratory therapist working here is very helpful. Scott helped me figure out the problem my machine was giving which was not purchase from this store. After trouble shooting for like 45 min he did not even charge me anything. Said I didn’t have to pay anything. This kind of service doesn’t exist anymore where employees really care for their customers. Highly recommend this store.

I agree!
Hi Paulo! Thank you for reaching out to us. Prescription is required at our store for the purchase of CPAP Machines, humidifiers and the complete CPAP mask. Please note, prescriptions come with a set pressure setting based on the results of the sleep study. A machine cannot be adequately set without pressure settings. However, we do not require prescription for CPAP mask parts, tubings, filters, humidifier parts, power cords and any other CPAP supplies you may need.
Hello Mr Hernandez! We apologize for the late reply -just seeing now. If you are still interested we can ship it to you overnight. Thank you!
Hi Daniel! Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Los Angeles! Yes, we do sell filters (disposable and reusable) for CPAP machines. We do have filters in stock for DreamStation CPAP Machine. As far as CPAP masks, yes we do carry them at our store. We've got Nasal, Nasal Pillows and Full Face. At CPAP Store Los Angeles, we provide concierge service. You come in, we fit you with different styles of CPAP Masks and connect it to a CPAP Machine for a 5 to 10 minute Sleep Apnea Therapy to test out and see if the CPAP Mask you are interested in purchasing is comfortable and air-leak-free. You are welcome to stop by.
Hi Pedrao! You do not need a prescription to purchase CPAP supplies. Thanks for reaching out.
Hi Marian, thank you for contacting CPAP Store Los Angeles. Unfortunately, we don’t carry such item because we do not sell Curasa.
Hi Marian! We do sell CPAP Sanitizers and Cleaners that are compatible with most of the CPAP machines. As far as curasa supplies, no we don't sell them here at CPAP Store Los Angeles. I'm not really familiar with curasa.
The RX has to be in English it will be submitted to our physician on staff to review. Please fax to 800-439-3194
Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Taking a night off particularly in the setting of a cold should be ok. Some may find that trying to use CPAP when severely congested can actually make their sleep worse on that night. In some cases temporarily suspending treatment is typically more dangerous and is usually not an option for some patients. Although, there are some patients who prefer to take a break from using a CPAP therapy during the time they have a cold. There will be no major side affects for some from abruptly stopping therapy. If you find that you can tolerate the treatment during illness, it will help you to sleep better and wake feeling more rested. So to answer your question, we do recommend you consult with your physician because it varies from case to case. If you have to continue with your CPAP therapy while fighting a cold or the flu, it is recommended to use a full face CPAP mask instead of nasal mask. Our customer favorite is Dreamwear or Amara View.
