Great place but the rooms are very highly out dated bad ,but they are clean and we will be back again and again. The one manager needs to be more in touch with the people and not shut off .but on my experience motel needs to be gone thur to make more appealing to day. But thanks for sharing Piggott with us and a great experience.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them, the bed was old and ragged, there were bugs in the room and the door barely closed. We paid for 3 nights and didnt even stay 1 night. Run and run far!

We stay here often when we visit family in Piggott. The staff is always friendly but the room not the best. It's posted no smoking and yet I found burn holes in the blanket.

Very clean and rooms look like have been recently remodeled. Also very quiet, no highway traffic noise. Bed a little hard but was still able to get a good night's rest. Would definitely recommend
