I took my son with ear pain since he had some fever he needed to have a negative covid test I ask ok can you do it the nurse explain that they do have the test but it’s only for patients and my kid is an outpatient, she asked if I had a test at home I said yes I went home and did the test negative I bring the test showing negative. She tells me no you need to bring the test for us to do it like really that was my last test she never stated that at the beginning, had to run to cvs and thank god they did had them. Other than one or two incompetent nurses doctors are great.

This is a shout out Nese. A great asset to Pinnacle medical group. Although I frequently read reviews about different places, I don't write reviews, let alone post them. On two different occasions, Nese came to the rescue. On both occasions I was quickly approaching a complete meltdown. Re: Doctor's, facilities, call this place, call that place, dropped calls, placed on endless holds, etc. Finally, Nese came on the line. I reluctantly repeated my story/concerns. Nessie was for sure kind, considerate, and understanding. However, Nese's greatest strength is her ability to effectively communicate between all parties. She rises to the challenge and goes above and beyond. My family sincerely thanks you Nese for all your help. You've been Amazing! To Nese's boss and superiors. As you already know this woman is a fantastic asset to your group/company. Give her a raise, better yet offer her a higher position. She is more than capable.

I really recommend this place. They gave me the best urgent care I needed . Leslie is one of the most intellectual Doctors and kind hearted individuals. The whole staff is amazing. 😍
