I had came in for some blood work done in early May. With other medical facilities, they would call me within 2-3 days when the work was completed, however.. I waited 3 weeks for them to call, so after many failed attempts, I finally got ahold of them. The receiver then says they'll notify me of my results within 2-3 business days. 3 days later, I call again and they tell me I HAVE to come in to either see a doctor or get a printed sheet of my lab results. The absolute worst service, communication, practice; I can't wait to change providers.

Dr. James Evan's delivered my 2 sons. They're 20 & 22 now...He's been my primary Dr. ever since. He's like Family now. Thank you Dr. Evan's for being there for me through everything. May God continue to Bless and keep you...

This is a relatively newer location, but I have been coming to this clinic for years. This new building is so much nicer and cleaner and much larger then the last. The ladies in reception are always friendly and work as quickly as possible. I have one Dr i have seen for many years (Amy Vercio) and I just love her! She has great bedside manor and is extremely knowledgeable. I have seen a handful of other Dr's or NP's in times of her absence and I have never been disappointed or uncomfortable. As long as I live within driving distance I will continue to use this clinic for my primary medical needs.

I saw several doctors and some nurse practitioners at this clinic and they have the same attitude. I saw Dr. H several years ago regarding pain in my stomach. He ran a lot of tests. He mentioned I had swelling in my stomach but never named what it was. I stop going to all doctors because I was tired that they were not finding anything, yet I had pain. Years later, this year, I decide to go back because the other clinic I was assigned to had about a two month wait to see the doctor so I knew this clinic was faster. I told the Dr. U I had joint pain so she decide to run ANA test. That day I asked her if I could get a screen for EDS since my dentist alluded that I was too flexible and that may be the reason why I have TMJ. My friend has this condition, and she told me I think this is what is wrong with you. The doctor refused that day that it was EDS, and gave me no referral, instead she insisted it was Rheumatoid Arthritis since I had family who had it. She told me I was diagnosed with colitis years ago. Dr. H never told me. He just said I had swelling. Him and another doctor told me that the pain was psychological. I had the right to know what was wrong, yet they refused to tell me. As far as EDS, Dr. U said only children are diagnosed with this condition. However, my friend got diagnosed with it as an adult. Turns out, I tested positive for arthritis. I was given a referral to see the Rheumatologist. I saw him. He told me that I did not have Rheumatoid Arthritis because I had a slight positive. He told me that my joint pain of six years was due to a recent car accident, which happened one year and a half ago. I never knew that something that happened about a year had the power to effect a person six years prior. Yeah, that makes more sense. I told the Rheumatologist if he did not think it was arthritis, then maybe it was EDS. He tested my flexibility and said I was flexible above average. He still said no. Before he left the room, he said even if you have it, there is nothing you can do. There is no cure. Now, the staff at Westside keep saying I do not have arthritis. What it looks like to me is that they keep trying to prevent me from knowing what is wrong with my body. I think they are just trying to save Medicaid some money. Don't worry Westside. I will get a second opinion, and even if I have to will run all the test again, and by the way I will keep search for the right doctor who will tell me the truth. Another thing Westside, I am a college student. I will be done with my masters in Speech Therapy in about three years, so I will not need Medicaid soon. It was not my intention to stay on it. Regardless, I think Westside has some of the worst doctors.
