My washing machine let me put $5 out of $6 before it stopped cooperating with me. Nobody in sight to help. No signage around in English to help me, either. I hope I'll have better luck on the dryers. I'll probably check elsewhere for next wash day. I had higher hopes based on good reviews.

Machines work ok but my big complaint is the infestation of roaches I will not return didn't even stay to dry my clothes the bugs were so bad

I loved it a little pricey but it has to be when you can put 2 1/2 loads of laundry in. So its like doing 4 in 2 and still had room if needed I love 💘 💕 💗 ❤ 😍 💖 💘 it

I have spent a big amount of my money and time there and still came home with soaking wet clothes. I mentioned it to the last that came in several time to collect the quarters out of the machines. All she told me was the dryers on the back wall all worked. Well than why do you still have dryer on the left wall that your letting ppl pump money into.... It's a total rip off and it wasn't even clean in there. No sinks to wash my hands. No bathroom to use while working and no quarters in the change machine. Very poor environment and bad experience. I will not be back!! The washers didn't spin good and clothes were soaked and the dryers suck so it made it even worse to dry. $2.00 didn't even dry two shirts and one was fleece. .. how sad. This is why the poor get poorer
