Beautiful, sleepy little Mobile Home Park. Excellent security for those of us who enjoy well monitored Community Living. Probably best kept real estate Secret in Hacienda Heights. Well manicured units in a quiet area with remarkable views of San Gabriel Valley.

I just want to say that my family has had a very positive experience living at Wildwood, and management has been very helpful to us. I can't speak to what others say they have experienced, but only know my own, which has been very good. The park is peaceful and quiet. I can also walk through it at night for exercise up and down the hills with no fear for my safety. It is a beautiful place.

All ages and yes rent is very high, that's $1100 a month for spot plus your mobile home payment.

Approximately $1100 - $1300, depending on your utilities usage.
I moved here in 1992, space rent at that time was $500.00+ utilities.
