I dropped off a prescription on a Tuesday with the understanding that I would be contacted by phone when it was ready for pickup. I was told that filling it would take 2-3 hrs. Well, after 5 days no phone call was made for me to pick it up. So, I returned to the pharmacy on the Saturday of the same week to inquire about my prescription. No answer was given as to when it would be filled, but there was plenty of excuses. They led to believe that no one is capable of doing the job. As a result, I still don't have my prescription for back pain. I glad that I don't need a heart medicine.
