I’ve shopped with Cirilla’s for years (mainly because of location) and today I experienced an issue that has left me feeling as if I will NEVER shop with them again! My experience was…I bought an exercise pole and within less than 24 hours I decided that I wanted one that had the spin effect. I tried to return this item with all the packaging and my receipt after. The so called manager was very rude and even tried to put me out of the store once we couldn’t come to an agreement about my return. She did not offer store credit or even “try” to make me feel like a welcomed customer that has spent several funds with their specific store. Long story short, I feel like no one should spend their hard earned money with this store unless you are sure that it’s a definite desire or you look forward to buying defective products! That’s the only way to get your money back 👎

So rude! The blonde woman was extremely rude ! She treated me awful I spent 300 dollars and she didn't even say thank you. I got my stuff home and my shirt fell apart that was 80 dollars and she said to damn bad, would not even help take it back or hear me out. I will never be back!

The staff was totally amazing. They put me at ease and answered all my questions. My product that the lady with red hair was so incredibly helpful to me. I have gone back multiple times now. I will continue to go. Thank you, for your incredible customer service.

The manager’s are really rude, I tried to apply for a job and they refused to give me a job because I was pregnant. I never get any help , when I go there. I hear them make comments from behind the counter so I feel very uncomfortable here. I will never shop from this store again. Especially if the managers aren’t replaced
