The most grossly incompetent health service I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I have been trying to get a doctor’s appointment scheduled with this hospital since December. DECEMBER. I call every other week, and they tell me they don’t have a referral, which is literally impossible. I got a referral from my primary in December, it has been sent to the hospital at least once a month. This is so far beyond the pale; I’m glad this isn’t a life threatening issue I was dealing with, because I could very well be dead by now.

World class health care you could get Unfortunately for those people that gave bad reviews. My own personal experience was well, everyone went above and beyond their call to duty. Not only that. They got real heart for people. They could just throw my friend out for making a good recovery. But they did not. Truly one of the few, this hospital surpasses expectations. I was referred to see wade Fareber instead of seeing him I met with his assistant who knew nothing about my medical history .when he came into the room he asked me why was I there Feb 25 2022 ..When I tried to explain to him on two different times he basically said he didn't understand what I was telling him and that he was confused.Then he basically tells me there isn't anything wrong with my knee because the x-ray didn't show him anything .I told him I had a MRi done I told him where he basically didn't believe me .. Going to that visit was a waste of time I get home & look at the summary he wrote nothing I told him was written he basically wrote what he wanted in my chart ...I won't be going there again it's really sad they treat their patients like that..

Called radiology department for an appointment as approved by insurance provider. Telephone system is ridiculous!!! Recorded message advised me to leave my name, phone number and etc. for them to call the following day! FOLLOWING DAY??? REALLY???
