Food tasted old. Hop was rude. Handed me drink with ice cream down the side of it. Messed up both orders wrong condiments. Did not eat thew away $20 dollars

Only reason they got a 4 star instead of five is so they read this. Awesome food, good price and amazing service. And also, sorry I made the carhop deliver the food in the cold. Everyone near there should go to this Sonic.

Went to Sonic in Newbern, Tn. Got there at 6:30 pm. Had to wait til 7:01 for a chance to order. Food finally arrived at 7:37. It was cold. Two hamburgers and tots and onion rings. All ice cold and un appealing. Worst visit there ever. Usually good service and prompt attention. What is the problem?
