I had bought a vape about a month ago. It was stolen. Walked into Chuckin’ Clouds on may 10th. They said they didn’t have any more of that one but she would order it on Sunday for it to come in on Wednesday or Thursday. Called on Wednesday they said it would be there tomorrow. Went to pick it up today Friday the 20th and they say they can’t open the two boxes the got yesterday until some time next week!?!? Like what?? I would have already bought it somewhere else! Bad customer service for sure!

Always was treated well. Went today and TY treated me well and was extremely knowledgeable. They don’t stock my usual juice but he showed me the perfect alternative and swapped me on juices after 2 or more years of candy king.

As a company they make several different juice flavors that are made in a separate building but is still sold in the brick and mortar shops.
