My nine year daughter and I visited the store. I wanted to ask a few questions about starting up a train hobby. The owner was very rude to my daughter and myself. He acted as though I was wasting his time. I will never go back and advise others to avoid this store.

So, from the outside it is a neat looking place. I've used them for a repair on my 1930's Lionel engine... I've made some purchases from them as well. The store is packed... and a bit disorganized. The gentleman behind the counter is not friendly and will only acknowledge you if you ask him something or violate his rules that are written on paper signs. New products seem to be mixed in with used... spare parts trains in cases that are not for sale even though there are price tags. This store could be much more inviting. Repair shop is good and fast.

If you are at all interested in "O" scale trains, and are in the area, you must stop in at this shop. And their repair staff is unmatched!
