The signs for where you catch the buses are very easy to figure out.

Parked here a couple times now its clean a part of the lot is under construction its blocked off some homeless people but haven't had any problems the restrooms need to be fixed

The buses are clean and the drivers are friendly. The only problem is that the homeless people that need to be institutionalized ( I don't mean the ones that are hard on their luck) use the restrooms to smoke God knows what, leave their beer cans around and plug up the toilet with whatever and make is unuseable for us bus travelers and also they really should have tight security at night.

I believe so. They may be closed late at nights. Most OCTA park and rides keep the bathrooms open as long as there are buses scheduled, so if there is 24 hr service here then yes. Hope this helps.
Ive parked overnight there plenty of time. The people that sleep outside they are very harmless except the unfortunate ones that burn the restrooms. The people you really need to be concerned about are the Police.
