Nice store with just about everything you need, unfortunately with the 12+ employees, service is hard to find. You feel like your interrupting the 3+ employees hanging out together all around the store talking about their own conversations. Had to stop one to ask about a product, after that I wandered aimlessly and decided to go to Ulta to get better service.

I've shopped at this Sephora location dozens of times and have never once had a bad experience. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and offer great tips and recommendations, they always answer every question I have. They truly go above and beyond and make me feel valued as a customer! The staff are all super helpful but I've specifically had great experiences recently with Carly and Antonio. They were awesome!

I absolutely love shopping here. The employees are always very helpful and pleasant, and they are quick to answer any questions you may have. They aren't always stocked in some places of the store, but that's most likely due to supply chain issues.

Although the store was super clean and the employee at check out was super sweet, I feel kind of upset because NO ONE approached me. There were multiple employees standing around talking and I obviously looked like I needed help. I ended up not buying a lot of the things I wanted due to this because I received no assistance. It's the first Sephora I have ever been to where not 1 employee checked to see if I needed help.

I dont know what olaplex is but I would look it up on the Sephora website. Once you've found it, it will tell you if it's available online only. If it doesn't say that then you should be able to get it in the store. It will show you what stores are within 100 miles of you and have the product in stock. Hope this helps.

Depends on what you're sending and why. They have a corporate location online. Each individual store takes returns and exchanges. So does the app or online.
