They are horrible.,They lie. They don’t look at patients charts. There is a different doctor daily. They don’t transfer information. If you can add your love one on your private insurance please do so. My sister was going there every other day, they was releasing her. Finally after we complain she end up having fluid on her heart. This place is horrible.

I had to call for emergency assistance for my grandmother, and she was taken to this hospital. The ER doctor was in constant contact with me while he was caring for my grandmother. And then just today a nurse followed up with me over the phone just to check on her. And even said she would call next week to follow up again. I am very satisfied with their services , I also had my son here years ago. and they took very good care of me. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone in the Inland Empire.

Worst ER ever. It's filthy, old, and the staff all seemed of the same foreign decent, which is fine, but they weren't, in my words, even qualified or educated to be nurses. There was dried blood in our "cleaned" bed area and the woman next to us, separated by a curtain was literally dying. You'd think they could find a place for a literal dying patient, who I over heard was a mother of 3. No compassion and a very scary place to trust health care to.

Last night I went to the Emergency. I NEVER do this. I was scared and confused and wasn’t sure I should even take up space there. My blood pressure was rising uncontrollably no matter how many BP pill’s I took. I was going through some kind of panic attack for 4 days with no sleep. I was scared. They put me at ease, made me feel safe, gave me care quickly and literally took me by the hand and helped me get better. I went home and woke up this morning feeling like myself and rested and calm. You don’t know how much I appreciate . Thank you. 🙏

Yes. I had all my kids there and it was an amazing experience each time even when one of my births went wrong but the doctor acted so quickly and calmly, I didnt even know what was going on which is good cause its bad for a birthing mother to panic. My baby had the umbilical cord around his neck which made it hard for me to push him out but the doctor helped me get him out naturally. He was born not breathing and was even blue but the doctor resuscitated my son! Everyone is so caring and they hear you out on your concerns.

Yes they have inmates housed and going to appointments thru out the hospital . Beware of your surroundings and don’t approach them and you will be just fine
