My order came out of the oven almost 2 hours before it was delivered to me. After waiting for an hour and half, I decided to cancel my order only to be told it’s already on the way. I didn’t get it for another 30 minutes and I live 5 minutes away. When I get it my order is not only cold, but also wrong! I tried calling the store again and sat on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food service before and I will be getting my money back

I’ve ordered from them before with no issues but usually it’s just pizza. Today I felt like ordering wings and got this! $7.99 for an 8 piece chicken. You gotta be joking literally 3 of these are smaller than a quarter and the rest are dried out and look like they have been sitting all day. Update: I drove down there and they remade my order. It is much better now but I still should not have been delivered that in the first place
