At this theatre I was upcharged 19.40 for tickets I did not buy. The manager stated this was something that has happened frequently, despite this problem, he was able to provide me with free admission tickets instead of a refund, which was disappointing, yet mitigated the issue. Would be zero stars if the manager was not polite and helpful. Do not get scammed out of your money and demand service.

Great movie. Alot of people working but no one taking care of customers efficiently. Had to wait 5 minutes to get phone ticket scanned. One person was ahead of me. Volume in theater deafening. Had to request to turn down volume. Only 3 people in theater. The request was handled promptly. Restrooms were clean.

Was glad it was open for holiday. Paid via machine so no interaction with staff, not a hi, do you need help or anything (which we kinda needed at first). Anyway, theater seemed cleaned. Not many people there because it was Easter.

This place was once amazing but has gone downhill. Service is great but it would be nice if they would spruce up the outside a bit. I mean even a power wash of the building would do something. I’m glad it’s still open because I love going to the movies but it just needs a little TLC.

Expensive during PRIMETIME. Not too bad during MATINEE times.
