I moved in around January of this year. We have had some minor issues that were quickly resolved in a timely manner with good customer service. Was hesitant since I moved from another state but I don’t have anything negative to say. We have been communicating with management about certain issues and over time seeing them resolved. Give the place a chance. I feel new management is doing there best to fix whatever major screw ups previous management had.

I did my entire PhD while living here. As a PhD student I make very little money, but these apartments were affordable. My apartment is quite nice to live in, and I can see IUS from my window. The new management company that acquired the …Clint, thank you for this excellent review, as well as your five-star rating. Questions & Answers

If there are two co-tenants, is it possible for a 3rd person to be added to the lease if the 3rd person is sharing a bedroom with one of the co-tenants. So in a significant other situation? If so would there be more expenses involved?

Most places usually allow this. They might have to go through the application process even though you and your roommate have already done that. Just call the office and check with them.
