They have changed their sauce or something! I picked up my order and did not get a $3.00 credit for next time. Very disappointed.

Shanna - my driver was awesome. She even included an extra garlic sauce because mine got left out last time! She’s was so friendly, even waited for me to get the pizza off the porch and when my little Yorkie went running out the door, she just ignored her. Thats awesome because Roxy thinks she owns the world! This also was the best, freshest pizza I’ve had delivered, we usually pick up. You guys are all amazing and please give Shanna extra props!!! She is fantastic!!!!! I’ve always been a PJ pizza person, but this Dominos kills it every time! Everyone Is so nice and this is by far the best pizza place in Versailles!!!!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!

This could be the worst pizza in Kentucky. To be clear; this is not a review directed at an individual or their customer service. Of which, dealt with the complaint professionally. It is perhaps, then, an overall reflection of Domino's. The pizza, made to order was delivered on time and correctly. However, it's quality was incredibly and egregiously disgusting. If this was freshly made, I'd be surprised and therein lies the confusing part: it was a "build your own" order. Unfortunately it tasted as if it was a frozen Kroger manager special pizza; overcooked a week ago in the basement of some stoner still living at 35, in his mom's house; then left out to become stale, at room temp, for a week before being reheated, and sold to us. Dry, old, stale, cold, hard-tack cardboard: that's the best way to described it. Additionally, the wings were so abhorrently undercooked and were mushier than a 90s Hugh Grant Rom-Com. Seriously, was just an overall terrible product. Now. Both the cashier and Heather (the manager) were very understandable and apologetic. And we do not fault them. However, the product? Good God, I'll never order Dominos again.

Taco Pizza thin crust is a must! Cinnatwists mmmm... Perfect w/ fresh coffee! Hours located in pics... This Domino's is the best in KY as far as numbers/service goes. 😋
