The staff here are great! The place is always clean, however, I'm skeptical about referring Extra Space to anyone. My unit started out at $38.00 per month. I opted to use automatic pay, to make it all more simple. Approx 5 months later, I'm going through my bank statement, and find out they increased their price to $54.00 per month. Helluva jump, for a price increase. Well I'll be damned if they didn't do it again, now they're charging me $106.00 per month. All increases are without notice! But to go from $38.00 to $106.00 in 6 mth intervals is a bit much. I do believe I'll be looking elsewhere for a storage unit. I'm kinda scared what their next price jump will be. Id like to thank the staff for everything. Y'all were the upside to this downward spiral of an event!!

Both the call center and local reps were very friendly and accommodating. They walked me through the whole process of renting a unit in an easy and understandable way. The online contract is easy as well. Only reason for 4 stars is the price. Would have preferred if it wasn’t so high. Overall I would recommend to those who need to get into a unit fast and for a short time span.
