Our contractor has sent us to a wrong facility, knowing we have a semitrailer. Once at Strawberry Lane Office, Public Storage employee Jackie helped us navigate to the right place 5 miles away. Instead of dealing with moving company that sent us to the wrong place, Jackie from Strawberry Ln Public Storage office was prompt, genuine and acted fast and flexible in order to search on maps for the correct facility. Then went above and beyond and instead of us trying to dig up all necessary info from Operator on the phone, Jackie gave us all the details like the facilitie's office hours (even advised us that currently they are short of staff and not open this day) provided us with access code and had knowledge that the lock for the unit will be ready for us. It is very rare to see employees like Jackie, who go the extra mile to help you out. Saved our day Jackie!! Hope she is the manager at her Storage office ;)
