I've been a member for close to 7 years. My wife and I have almost 4k worth of unused credit which we fully planned on using. We are just not ready to come back after the pandemic and requested to be put on hold until the end of 2021. Management never responded but their nice front desk person called to give an ultimatum: Come back now or cancel and lose your 4k worth of unused credit. We will not be pushed to do something we are not yet comfortable with. In contrast, I got an email from Life Time Fitness regarding my membership with them, they outlined how to come back now or if we are not ready that we can remain on hold. Massage Envy can learn a thing or two from other companies like this who have communicated through out the pandemic and are helping everyone come back at their comfort level. This should be a 1 star but giving an extra star as a thanks to all the great therapists over the years who have often shared with me their stories about this companies tactics.

Place scams you. i asked if the massages you get once a month with your membership expire, they tell me no. I decide to not renew the monthly membership because i wasn't happy with the quality of therapy they provide, then they tell me i can't use my massages that i had built up unless i pay them more money and renew my membership.. They didn't warn me or anything. I feel scammed out of my money; I don't understand how they can not give me a service i pay for, that should be ILLEGAL!

I love this Massage Envy location! The managers, Sydney and Katherine, were able to help me with my membership questions after I got out of the best facial with Stacy! They now sell PCA Skin products which is a plus! I will be coming back to get a massage soon!

This Massage Envy is simply amazing!! Such a great VARIETY of therapists at this location, customer service is nothing short of exceptional from the girls at the front and the new managers here! Simply wonderful. With their new skin care services, I have brought my sister here and we have had a complete R&R day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!
