This was my first time going to this Insomnia cookie place. While ordering I found that cashier trainer was very rude and needs to work on her people skills. After placing order I step to side while they started my order which included 2 ice cream sandwiches and 1/2 dozen cookie order. After they finished 2 ice cream sandwiches they went to next order leaving my order just setting melting. So I asked how or why would you start preparing someone else’s order without finishing mine that’s already been started. I was very polite when asking not yelling or anything. Lead or trainer told me to just chill will get you finished shortly. I asked was that the correct way to talk to a customer that not causing trouble. When I finally got order and went to car ice cream melted and leaking out container. Not the best experience for 1 st time customer.

We have tried to order cookies 3 separate times over the last two years. The first time, we received cold random cookies that we did not order HOURS after the order was placed. Months later we tried again and received 1 of the three items we ordered hours after ordering. We were able to get in contact with grub hub (we thought they may be more efficient than the store delivery), so they tried again and still only delivered a cold part of the order. We gave up and ate what was given to us. Tonight, we ordered cookies (it’s 2022 and we are all gluttons for misery at this point. We did not have high hopes.) we ordered at 8:09. About an hour after we ordered, we received a text that they were delivered, despite our cameras not detecting motion and our empty porch. Unfortunately we didn’t see this until two hours after the initial order (10). At that point we called the store and we were told they were on their way. 45 minutes later, after no cookies, we called again and were forwarded to an outside location. After explaining our situation to them and sitting on hold for a while, they let us know no one was answering the phones at our location. They sounded professional but not surprised. We called it a night. At 11:44 pm we got a phone call that they were on our front porch and they were! I added a star because this order was correct.

I don’t really know what to say, they are cookies. They are warm delightful magical cookies. The thing that makes these so great is they make them to order, and they just taste amazing. Sure you’re paying a little bit extra, but who cares at this point. When you’ve got good fresh cookies isn’t it worth extra money. If you find yourself around and insomnia cookie location, step in and try them out. Or call ahead make sure they’re nice and hot when you’re ready. But you will not be disappointed!
