Stay away from this place. One of the worst I've ever been to in my life. Had an issue with one of the machines and the supposed "owner" of the place as she called herself which was a lie. And she told me that I had opened the machine to early in a loud angry tone. I responded that the machine wasn't even running anymore but she continued to rant about never having any problems out of it. But many of their machines have out of order signs on them. I have never been so insulted in my life. She then proceeded to start vacuuming out from under all the machines that I was currently using and while my partner was trying to have a conversation on the phone. I have reported them to the metro trade commission and reported the fire safety hazards to the Louisville fire marshall as well. To anyone else that thinks about coming here. Dont. Go to the 24 hour laundry over off Preston hwy right down from the sam's club it's so much better.

Sign in the window states cold air condition but the AC was turned off when I was there. But the washers and dryers were pretty reliable. A couple of the dryers took a little more time than the others but it's expected.

Today was the first time I’ve gone to this laundry mat in years and was pleasantly surprised how Clean and Orderly it now is. Gloria was busy cleaning but still took the time to help me. I won’t hesitate to go back.

This place used to be well taken care of. Now... Not so much. More than have the machines are out of order. The plus is that its open 24 hours. No restroom. Do not leave dryers unattended. People steal your wet clothes and towels. Unfortunately I learned that the hard way. In the daylight everything even my basket was taken when I went to buy a drink.
