The owner is extremely rude. He sits behind the counter on his device and offers no customer assistance. Then when you ask for help he has a funky attitude.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. The owner has no customer service skills and flat out lies. I specifically asked when I purchased hair if I could return unopened bags of hair if I provide the receipt. He said yes, as long as it is within 3 days. When I returned 3 days later, he said he remembered me asking that question but only gave me partial payment of my total refund and then told me I can take what he gives me or take the hair back. This place is fraudulent, runs illegal business practices, and the owner is not professional. Do not invest in this business!
